Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The quality of the food is great, I'll always love it. But not only are the portions somewhat small, but they almost always give you the wrong items and or forget to give you your items. I would avoid ordering online and just pick it up instead.

Both chicken sandwiches were dry. The buns were very hard and dried out. French fries were heavily salted. Sodas were good at least.

The Cajun filet sandwich had a wet/slimy taste in the middle...almost under cooked. And the Pepsi tasted like it was diet. Totally disappointed with today's order .

I ordered 3pc leg & 2 thighs with two sides. Was not allowed to pick my sides on site and no two sides came with it of any kind. I also orders fries and they were so saturated in salt that I could not eat them. Had to throw them away.
