Worst Chicken Fried Steak I've ever had by far (way too chewy). Really good hash browns though. Ordered the Iced Chai Latte and it's obviously falsely advertised as a larger size than you get (look at the pictured drink and then know you'll get a grande size). Overpriced for what you're getting. I will not be ordering again. I can say the drink was good at least.

Very inconsistent. Sometimes good, but this time the omelette was rubbery and tasteless. I like bacon very crispy so their "burnt" bacon was always awesome, but this time it was clearly old, stale and tasted like smoke.

Our food went straight to trash, the potatoes and beans were extremely spicy, could not eat it. Pancake was the only eatable thing. The muffin was burned. Extremely disappointing.
