Customer service is poor. Went up to the pick up area just to be glanced at and ignored multiple times. Other than that, Banana matcha has subtle banana flavor and was not sweet enough to my liking. Also the drink did not look how it was pictured. Missing top cream and banana chips. Wouldn't try again.

Very bland added an extra matcha shot and was still very light colored. Mango flavor was not present at all. Pretty disappointing

The Banana Matcha was wrong serve when I picked up my order, I told the guy and he just added the top layer and a piece of banana, the drink on the photos for the Banana Matcha have two white layers, one on top and one on the bottom, so my Banana Matcha wasn't serve as described and my drink lacked flavor. My wife didn't taste the banana!

no directions and specifications i asked for was followed. I asked for no ice on one of the drinks since I am drinking later, but got like 85% ice. Pandan Matcha has 0 matcha flavoring, but tastes like straight syrup.
