The caldo is always good and the meat is always soft - most meat I can't eat because of my teeth but Girasoles is the best.

The mojarra frita was absolutely incredible! 🔥 The fish was perfectly cooked, with unbelievably crispy, golden skin that had the perfect crunch while the inside stayed tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Every bite was delicious and seasoned just right. Easily one of the best fried fish dishes I’ve had in a long time. If you love fresh, crispy fried fish, you have to try the mojarra frita here! Highly recommend! 👏🐟

It was filled halfway and mostly with beans. There's was not enough mixture of everything plus the meat I requested. It looked good but taste was not the best. I would only order again if Gorditas are made properly.
