Had the breakfast tacos with a side of green chili, it was excellent!! The tortillas were soft but not greasy. The egg was soft. The ratio with egg and hash browns was perfect!! The vegetarian green chili sauce was so delicious!!

Lunch bowl was way worse than the other location. Barely any rice, the chicken was not prepared as well, flavors were off and they left the Bay leaf in the dish. After this experience I will stick to their other location slightly north of colfax. I would not order from this location again.

There were barely any eggs and all potatoes. Their green chili tasted like flour. If you are going to have a restaurant in CO you better know how to make green chili. A total rip off. I would never buy here again.

I have been eating at one fold on 18th street for years, I have been eating at One Fold on Holly since it opened. The 18th street One Fold is better in that the portion sizes are better. Te green chile sauce is only filled half way up in the already small container. The breakfast tacos are puny. I have ordered more than once hoping it would get better.

Was craving for comfort food and came across their menu offerings ... first time to order and is blown away by the how the flavors are on point/authentic . Congee was savory with creamy consistency and I love that they did not shy away in adding ginger chopped in very small pieces. I opted for the chicken and the portion is just right. Was trying to get over my cold symptoms and this hit right on spot with a little chili oil on the side. The Crepe was delicious with fresh different berries and their Cappuccino is great. Will definitely try their other item in the menu next time
