The Huarache had a lite crunchy based with a decent amount of toppings and very flavorful, I had the shrimp. Highly recommend. I will be having this again. I had to google what it was because the door dash description was puzzling, and it was no clear picture. This was my first time having Ramen Birria and the meat was over seasoned, noodles over cooked, and the cheese was on top instead of with the noodles? Not sure if it's supposed to go like that but I did not finish it. I feel like I wasted my money on this type of Birria.

every single item I've had has been perfect.
they have frijoles negros molidos .
it is perfect and exactly like my grandma and stepmom made it.
everything else i had was surprisingly amazing.
I've never had a more perfect gordita before this food truck.
also... they have Birria! a lot of other places nearby do not offer it.
this food truck is the best Mexican food in South Carolina!
