I love this place! Better than most or all Mexican (and adjacent) places in CoMo.

Asada burrito had loads of juicy meat and a nice grilled tortilla. The spring rolls were excellent and the salsa was fresh and fire roasted. Definitely will be coming back

Prior to the name change, Don Panchos had great tacos, flavorful meat, tasty salsa...
"Fusion Fiesta" seems to cut corners.
The meat had a poor bland but freezer burnt flavor.
The salsa was extremely watered down and lost its flavor & kick because of it.
I'll try them one more time, if it's bad again, they lost a customer.

Ordered an Asada burrito and two chorizo tacos. Got two churros instead. When I tried to call the restaurant no one was answering.
The burrito didn't have rice, beans, or cheese in it. The steak was overcooked and grisly and just turned into a soupy mess because there was really nothing else in it.
Just a bad experience all around.

The food was seasoned well, and the spring rolls were quite good, but the nachos had nearly no cheese, leaving them somehow both bone dry and slightly soggy upon delivery, without the queso taste I'd been expecting.
