The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spicy without being overwhelming. The tofu was soft and silky, and the vegetables were fresh and tasty. It was warm, comforting, and very satisfying.

Today we ordered our favorite Galbi Jjim / 갈비찜and there was almost zero meat and just bones. To spend $80 and get no meat is disappointing. I hope Tang Jip can be consistent to customers who spend almost $200 a meal here.

LA Galbi /LA갈비 is consistent with what I would expect. The Seafood Soon Tofu / 해물순두부 on the other hand is not worth the money. There were only 3 small pieces of clams in the soup. It was mainly tofu and soup. Not worth ordering. I would highly not recommend this dish.

Absolutely loved this new Korean spot in the neighborhood. The Soon Tofu soup with beef broth was comforting, rich, and full of depth, and the spicy pork paired perfectly with it. We also tried the chicken Bibimbap — the chicken was incredibly juicy and soft (rare to find), not dry at all. Overall, the flavors here stand out in a big way.

One of the best galbijeem I have ever ordered! This is better than majority of the Korean restaurants in Bay Area and even SoCal. That says a lot! The meat is soft but chewy and the texture is perfect. Sauce to this is the best! Thank you!
