Burger cooked amazing cheese all the way melted and fries cooked perfectly

Bun was super stale. Burger tasted strongly like onion (there was no onion on my burger) cheese was half on burger and melted on other side of bun. It was a mess. So many pickles that it made the bun soggy. This is my go to order and it's always great. This was a one off but terrible.
Didn't give me a straw for my shake

I love ordering my hamburger and fries from Five Guys, my go-to whenever I don't feel like cooking. You truly get more than what you pay for, especially when it comes to the fries.

They got my order correct, and put real effort into caring for me as a customer! I will be ordering again hoping it'll be the same result! If not I'll update. Their burgers are just so perfectly made! Fresh also!

the nine dollar fries were inedible. there was so much salt on them..no one could eat them.
plus there was no cheese on the hotdog.
