I will say the doneness of the steak was just fine. I ordered it rare thinking it might keep cooking in transit. But I would recommend medium rare. They were pretty spot on that unfortunately this cut of ribeye was full of gristle. They can't determine that. I did like the selection of sauces, chimichurri, etc..
I ordered the asparagus as a side due to the several reviews that praise them. They were absolutely awful. I know we're a little past season and I should only expect so much from a fresh vegetable. They were super skinny and to say they tasted canned would've been a compliment.
The french fries were very good.
I really want them to be a success. And a good addition to the neighborhood. Maybe I'll try something else. And I'm not trying to be too judgmental as it was a delivery. But I don't think the few extra minutes to bring it to the house that night would have improved the asparagus that I had them in the restaurant.
