• 2/27/26I had to change my rating aftereating the food. I originally gave this location a thumbs down due to not being greeted at the window, asking my name times and taking 30 extra minutes to get my order. However, they made up for it with great portions and the veggies aactually tasted grilled and smoked. That was the best Chipotle have had!

• 4/10/26Spoke with manager Brianna as our pickup person was turned away when the order was already ready. We put in a group order first time for our office to give your new Chipotle our business to be disappointed. The manager Brianna actually mid sentence of me making her aware of our issue put me on hold to answer another customer. A DM should probably go over customer service skills.

• 4/27/26Ordered 2 double chicken bowls, and onn both bowls we receiveddouble rice and barely any chicken. I would hope that when I order online I would be getting the same poptions as if I were ordering in person.

• 2/26/26This place is extremely slow and unorganize. I ordered online for pickup. I arrived at the pickup window, wasn't greeted and they asked for my name 3 times. It took 30 minutes waiting at the window. Hopefully they get it together.
