Heybings is the place to order any ice cream or desserts, especially on a hot day. They package their products with care I have never seen anywhere else. Not only is your order sent in a thermal bag, it includes an ice pack! My order was a frozen as it'd be if I ate it at the store. And it looked exactly as advertised, which is art! Great portion for price, especially considering there's clearly no additives or anything (tastes fresh and amazing). I would 100% order again!

I am regular customer, probably order weekly from here. Packaging waa terrible today! Sticky ice cream on the bottom of the bingsoo containers. Got it all over my hands and the table not expecting ice cream to be all over the outside containers… This is the first of all other times I've ordered from here and hoping it's just one off…
