A meal in a bowl, our famous, uniquely delicious Vietnamese beef noodle soup is cooked for over 12 hours and topped with scallions, sliced onion, cilantro, served with a side of fresh spouts, jalapeños, basil and lime wedges.
Our rice plates are served with a fresh vegetable medley, a side of dipping sauce and steamed white rice. Extra for fried rice and fried egg for an additional charge. Extra pork, beef, chicken or shrimp skewer for an additional price.

Each comes with our traditional fish sauce to pour over your bowl. Delicious vermicelli noodles are served with shredded lettuce, diced cucumber, and then topped with crushed peanuts, lightly pickled fresh carrots, and your choice of marinated grilled meats.
The egg noodle is fried until nice and crispy. It is then softened with the delicious stir fry and vegetable sauce. While eating it, you will feel the yummy flavor, the crunchy vegetables, the crispy fried noodle, and the delicious stir fried sauce.
