No chopped pickle :'( my favorite place to get sandwiches though, 10/10 -1 bcus they never give me chopped pickle :(

Good salad but the forgot utensils, napkins and there was the slightest bit of cucumber and green pepper. A really good salad needs the garden veggies that are supposed to come with it. Next time, I hope.

there's an issue where I am ordering the Classic Italian, and it's reading on the stores end as the Steak and Cheese Melt. I figured this out when the Dasher, who was amazing, made mention that the manager on duty was complaining about me getting a sandwich for $4 less than it's menu price.
I don't want a Steak and Cheese Melt. I want the Classic Italian. It happened one day, and I figured it was a mistake... so I tried again the next. Same thing happened.
I love Firehouse, but I won't be ordering again simply because how am I supposed to know if what I order is what the system is telling them I want?

The door dash deliverer left the sandwich out side the he building and aftert going downstairs I picked up a very lite sack".
The "Zhook and Ladder" had nothing but pickle slice.

My hook & ladder was so soggy :( I ordered it without condiments just so it wouldn't get soggy. I think it's the box. Maybe they should rethink packaging and wrap them like subway
