I normally do not write reviews but not sure what is going on with the site system, but this is the 2nd time I ordered drinks and the ingredients to make the drink was missing. Iced Chai Latte - no ice or Chai just provided milk. Then ice cold brew again with no ice or cream..make it make sense. Still provided a good rating because I order all the time but this recently happened with 2 orders. If it happens again, I will not order from this location.

I will forever chase the high of the perfect making of this drink. Got me hooked then started making it inconsistent. They don't hook up the whip cream. Probably won't order from this location anymore. I wish I could request specific people to make drinks fr

They forgot my whipped cream. Didn't make my drink right :( they made it perfectly the first time but this time was bad. Ordered in same day just without ice so I can have it tomorrow for work but not watered down. First time was perfect and dreamy even.
