The SZECHUAN EGGPLANT with steamed rice has been one of my favorite dishes from this restaurant for I think over 20 years.  Slightly spicy, slightly sweet and always cooked to perfection. I intended to eat half of it today and half of it for lunch tomorrow (the portion size is quite large and can easily feed two people) but I'm going to have to come up with something else for lunch tomorrow. :) DELICIOUS.

UBE BROWNIE was moist & delicious, STRAWBERRY LEMONADE was refreshing & not too sweet, VEGETARIAN SPRING ROLLS (not fried) super fresh & flavorful, finally salmon skin & avocado sushi roll. Wish food wasnt so expensive these days Id order from here more frequently.

I ordered the Salmon Sushi for One again and found the salmon to be very supple and moist this time. The sushi rice was well seasoned and the overall experience surpassed my first order. I will reorder again because they care about the customer regardless of order size. I called during a busy time and asked for a special request on a small order and they happily helped me with it. Such a restaurant deserves to thrive! They clearly care that every customer is happy - not just the big ones. Thanks, Lan Pan Asian Cafe!

The California Roll and Potstickers were delicious. The Potstickers were generously filled and the chicken and mushroom filling within was tasty and perfectly seasoned. The nigiri was decent, but I found the sushi rice itself was slightly underseasoned while the salmon was a bit on the dry side though still considered fresh. I would order again and try more of their cooked dishes.

The RED CURRY with chicken is so delicious and its a generous portion. Their sushi rolls are always on point as well, and the price is very fair.
