I didn't find SF laundromat and Hideaway Café bagels to be particularly special. I've heard a lot from my friends about how amazing their bagels are, but maybe because they were delivered and not fresh out of the oven. They were better than store-bought bagels, but not as good as a few other bagelries in the city. I ordered three plain bagels, one bagel with cream cheese and one bagel with egg sausage and cheese. The bagel and cream cheese was above average with the cream cheese being delicious but the bagel not being particularly chewy or fluffy. I look for one or the other. The bagel with egg sausage and cheese was a bit flavorless, although the cheddar cheese overwhelmed the sausage and the egg to quite a degree. The plain bagels I've been cutting toasting and eating and again unfortunately nothing super special.
They were quite expensive for delivery of bagels so, I don't think I would be ordering from them again.

We've gone in person many times, but what we received through door dash today were some of the worst bagels i've had. Feels like they sent us the Thomas bagels you buy in a bag at the grocery store. They pre toasted them so they all arrived hard and stale. These were terrible, will never order online from them again
