I have ordered from here several times and this time my sweet heat bbq sandwich tasted burnt I can only assume the meat was but definitely will not be getting that for a while. The Avo Turkey sandwich I ordered extra bacon and there was one slice put on it and the flavor was just off.

I had assumed they were half/mini sandwhiches I was wrog they are full sized/medium sandwiches!! they're so god can taste the freshness did not come soggy! perfectly crisp! plus they had a buy one get oe free deal which was vaid for two giving us four sandwiches we were very shocked!!so I suppose we have lunch for tomorrow now haha

Wow! My first bite and I was transported back 30 years to my favorite deli in south Kansas City. Great whole grain bread, fresh Italian sub ingredients, just the right amount of wet...outstanding. I am a fan and will definitely order more. Great job, Potbelly Bentonville.

smallest $10 sandwich I have ever seen: portion was 1 slice ham, 1 slice turkey, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 round salami. zapps $3 bag is size of sanswhich. Freshness was the only good thing. will NOT order potbelly again

I literally just got turkey and bread. They put NO vegetables on it. $25 for literally turkey and bread. Horrible first experience
