I received only 2 chicken strips with my order instead of the 3 piece I ordered. The receipt had my order correct. I called Lanes store in Rosenberg, I was put on hold for 9 minutes before I was told to get with someone with DoorDash to refund me. On another note the last time I ordered from Lanes through DoorDash I was missing my extra side of gravy.

Good flavor on chicken, fries are consistently good, Chicken Wrap Combo* was kind of a disappointment, ratio of chicken to lettuce was poor and was a small portion, hardly any chicken..5 Finger Meal* is always a win. tried the Potato Salad* as well anCookies flavorsome! Lemonade is one of my favorites. Cookies are average good cookies.

Pricey but the spicy tenders were really good and arrived hot. The fries were not great as they were very soggy. Definitely better to eat at the location rather than getting it delivered. Would be nice to have an option for light ice on the drinks, they were full of ice. Overall I'd say it was 3/5.

Buy one get one free items are ridiculous, not even my kids want the grilled cheese it's just thrown together with one piece of American cheese. Or one cookie. Please act like a normal establishment and put FOOD items on the buy one get one free FOOD items

French fries was so overcooked, I couldn't even eat them. The tenders tasted as if the grease was old. First time trying, maybe next time it will be better.
