• 7/5/23they gave me a smaller amount of ice cream they put it in a small cup then they put the smaller cup in a big cup to make it look bigger and charged me more

• 4/1/25Ordered a medium Create Your Own Creation (I don't remember what they call it) with Cake Batter ice cream, marshmallow creme, brownies, and Reese's mini peanut butter cups. It was good, but way smaller than I expected for the price.

• 5/1/26The last few times I have placed an order I receive it with ice cream dripping all over the outside of the container. Maybe just a quick wipe or some other solution . Otherwise I love your ice cream and literally get it every single night

• 6/1/22The ice cream itself was good. The problem was that this was the wrong size (I ordered an "Ours" (quart) size, and I got a "Mine" (pint) size.)
Honestly, I wouldn't even leave a review if it was the first time this happened. But it's not. It's the 4th.
The size mix up never happens when I order the "Everybody's" (triple pint) size. It only happens with the "Ours" and "Mine" sizes.
I guess those two sizes are very similar or something?
Still, it is really irritating to be overcharged for a minor mistake like this that keeps happening over and over.
