My daughter loved her Herbivore (11-inch) pizza & I really enjoyed my BYO Salad . However, the Cheesy Bread & the side bread that comes with the salad were dreadful. Absolutely zero flavor & so hard to bite I thought I chipped a tooth. Definitely wouldn't order the bread again. We also asked for Utensils to accompany our order but didn't receive them.

Made an online order for a build your own, and the ingredients on the pizza don't match what i ordered. There's mushrooms, tomatoes, and bacon bits on my pizza. Taste of all these random ingredients ruined my appetite. As a worker at the mall i have always bought from here and never had an issue till now.

Burnt crust. Might as well should have ordered no toppings since they added so little. Cardboard with sauce basically.
