They packaged hot sushi (Little Delicious) with cold sushi (Rainbow Roll) and the salmon on the cold roll started cooking from the steam. Also, 4/8 pieces are topped with avocado, barely any fish. Shrimp Fried rice was lacking shrimp. Additionally, I ordered 2 bottles of Pepsi and it came in styrofoam cups that weren't sealed in any way.

This was our first time trying Shinto Sushi. I had the Naper Roll and King Crab Rangoon (4), everything was sweet, too sweet. To my palate, the filling of the crab rangoon was sweetened like a dessert and I did not enjoy it. The sauce was cloying. The King Crab Rangoon (4) were also quite large, the size of an empanada. I guess I was expected something more delicate, befitting an appetizer. My husband also did not love the King Crab Rangoon (4) but said his California Roll was fine. All in all, the hot things were hot and the cold things were cold and the King Crab Rangoon (4) wrappers were crunchy, so some good execution, but all the flavors were sweet and one note without contrast and the lacked finesse we expect from a sushi restaurant.

Horrible... rice was mushy. Very small portions ... the food was sloppily packaged and cold upon arrival. they forgot my Shrimp Tempura Roll and then acted as if I was lying.

The avocado and the avocado maki was visibly black. Also, the wasabi was a really weird color, almost a brown green. I was afraid to eat it. $30 for sushi I didn't eat.
