I have aten many sandwiches/tortas in my lifetime. But theHidalGo Vecindad Torta. was one of the best tortas I've ever eaten! The bread is toasted and soft in the middle. everythinge inside the torta made sense. The next time I order withouthe chipole sauce. Just eat it with the avocados. My husband enjoyedthe Buffalo Chicken Sandwich we called the bristro and requested the slaw off the sandwich so it didn't become soggy. My husband praised the bread and said that the slaw made the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich taste lighter. It didn't feel heavy in the belly. Give HidalGo Bristro a chance. Great food, good prices, and locally owned. Let this local gem into your tastebud repertoire!

Ribeye was cooked perfectly medium to medium rare.
Mashed potatoes were real not imitation powdered potatoes!
Sauteed vegetables were plentiful, still crunchy, not overcooked.

Steak is of a lower quantity than I usually receive and the price has increased.
Still tasted good. Mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables were good as well.
