• 3/29/26Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was not as good. Usually this sandwich comes with high quality meat and a good amount of it. Today however, there was significantly less meat and the quality was terrible. My wife had to pick apart the meat to remove fat around the edges. I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come from FH Subs

• 2/11/23the chicken dumpling soup had 2 carrot bits, 2 peas, 2 almost microscopic slivers of chicken & 5 tiny little dumplings. flavor was of broth was good but it was clearly lacking.
the sandwich for me was inedible. the garlic Mayo was way too heavy and while I normally enjoy their flavored mustard, after 2 bites that were more Garlic & Mustard than anything else. I got nauseous and couldn't risk another bite.
I usually like firehouse so I'm gonna assume this was an off moment. I don't think I'd ever order this particular sandwich again though

• 10/26/25Potato soup was very salty. The stuffing on the thanksgiving sandwich was extremely salty. Portions were small for the cost

• 7/22/26The food is always good. However, The DoorDash offer did not work today and night manager could not fix the problem because DoorDash is a 3rd party. Ordered 4 sandwiches/paid for and received two sandwiches. Buy one get one did not register. The manager, Alicia was polite but did not fix the problem because she stated she couldn't.
We eat here the same order at least once a week.
