Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was not as good. Usually this sandwich comes with high quality meat and a good amount of it. Today however, there was significantly less meat and the quality was terrible. My wife had to pick apart the meat to remove fat around the edges. I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come from FH Subs

Best tuna salad sandwich around, I like their bread a lot and they always put on a generous amount of tuna.

the chicken dumpling soup had 2 carrot bits, 2 peas, 2 almost microscopic slivers of chicken & 5 tiny little dumplings. flavor was of broth was good but it was clearly lacking.
the sandwich for me was inedible. the garlic Mayo was way too heavy and while I normally enjoy their flavored mustard, after 2 bites that were more Garlic & Mustard than anything else. I got nauseous and couldn't risk another bite.
I usually like firehouse so I'm gonna assume this was an off moment. I don't think I'd ever order this particular sandwich again though

Potato soup was very salty. The stuffing on the thanksgiving sandwich was extremely salty. Portions were small for the cost
