the Bacon wrapped Hottie Sandwich has an excellent kick. Honestly circa is making good food at project BBQ.

Smoked BBQ Ribs (I should call it jerky) were terrible. Way overcooked and not even close to fall off the bone. There was barely any meat. 4 of the 8 ribs i recieved were the end of the slab and I throw those out. This place is amateur hour they didn't even peel the membrane off before cooking.

What happened? We ordered a few nights ago right before it closed. It was fabulous.
This time terrible. The bun was gummy, beans are not baked beans some hard been. Brisket is still very tender and tasty. Too much money for only one item to be edible.

The Italian Sausage elotes in cup was good but kind of a small portion for the price it was like a 6 to 8 ounce container and had a large lime inside it also taking up space. Bad value for the price. Only giving thumbs up on the sandwhich due to its taste portion size was lacking also...

Got the BBQ Pork Belly Mac n Cheese. While it seemed fresh to order, it's no pork belly I've ever had before. A couple pieces were "edible", the rest was either as hard as an ice cube or as chewy as gum. Mac & cheese itself was alright flavor-wise. For the portion size and the price of said portion, it's completely forgettable. Avoid ever ordering.
