Presentation of both desserts is lovely.
Tiramisu is very light and uplifting, just as the name suggests it should be. There is a dusting of mild shaved chocolate on top. Ladyfingers are fresh and not sodden. I prefer no chocolate with my tiramisu, but this is still a very lovely dessert, and, I think, among the better tiramisus to be found in the Portland area.
Prugne giulebbate is really excellent, and a rare find! What a delightfully simple and yet satisfying dessert. Quite sweet, though balanced out by the fresh mascarpone. A perfect consistency, not overwhelmingly alcoholic, and as pleasing to my adult self as to the child self who would have drunk straight from a bottle of syrup, given the chance.
Don't hesitate to order!

• 3/27/26The only reason why I didn't mark them as consistent is because I've never had them before. The food was FANTASTIC though, and I was blown away by their Tiramisu! Other places offer it and because of what it is, it's good— but thank goodness Mingo knows how to actually do it RIGHT! WOW!
