The 1/4 Rack St. Louis Ribs didn't even need barbecue sauce. And the Texas Sheet Cake was moist and delicious! The portion is small for the price, but the flavor makes up for it.

About 15 days ago, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. I loved it so much that I decided to come back today and try the more expensive Signature Angus Brisket Sandwich. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. The sandwich was terrible—mostly fat with very little meat, and the flavor was nothing like I expected. It was wrapped carelessly in the bag, the sauce I ordered was missing, and the overall service was awful. The portion of actual meat was disappointing, and the quality didn’t seem fresh at all. I ended up throwing the sandwich away. Total disappointment. I definitely won’t be ordering this item again.

The food was ok, the portions for the Pulled Pork Sandwich, Burnt Ends Sandwich were the size of McDonald's burger. The sides are just as crazy. 3-4 bucks for a couple table spoons of Mac, 4R BBQ Beans, handful of okra and fries

Both brisket sandwich were salty and awful In taste. I ordered lean and moist and they were lean but dry. One of the fries was OKAY. The other were all very dark and old. I order this because I was so impressed with 4Ruvets a few days prior with the same sandwich/fries order that I was wanting family to try it. Well this completely turned them against supporting 4Rivers in the future.

This will be my last time ordering 4Rivers. This is what $28 gets you. I got the 2x2 combo. 2 meats and two sides. The side are acceptable, fries and their really good bread pudding. But the mean. Brisket came as one slice of edible, very drive meat and a pile of pure fat. And the 1/4 rack of "St. Louis" ribs were the smallest sorties ribs I've seen. Not worth half the price. Gotta teach these restaurants that our money is hard earned and not to be taken lightly. 4 Rivers will never get mine again. Pathetic.
