My cup always has coffee all over it super messy. My coffee tasted like black coffee not flavored coffee.

I don't know if this is an independent franchise but the one in OKC is never consistent, bagels with bubbles or very small, order specifications left off , it's never the same twice

Turkey-Sausage & Cheddar Sandwich was too salty . I wouldn't order that again. The quality wasn't good enough for the price .

The bagel I chose for my breakfast sandwich was out, so they replaced it with apple cinnamon?? For a breakfast sandwich. I threw it out, it was absolutely disgusting

Ordered a Half Dozen & Shmear- Build Your Own. They didn't add all bagels (only gave 5) AND didn't include the shmear tub. Not the first time this has happened. Don't recommend this store.
