Chip city has amazing service, and their vegan chocolate chip cookie is the best vegan cookie in the city!

Terrible. Very obviously reheated, old stale tasteless cookies. DO NOT settle. DOES NOT MATCH PICTURE IN TASTE. Better off literally getting cookies at Panera or McDonald's.
