Being gluten-free and wanting a special breakfast that's not just eggs and a piece of breakfast meat delivered is usually an impossible ask. But, it's a dream come true when you're in the delivery zone for the Sleepy Bee. The Single Beecake is delicious. You might look at the menu and think just one pancake? But it is a generous fluffy pancake with excellent texture and flavor, and it's packed with nutrition. The menu doesn't mention it, but it does come with a beautiful darker amber syrup. I could make a meal just out of the pancake. But I also ordered The Worker Bee with the sublime hardwood bacon. The bacon was so good I scarfed down a piece before I remembered to take a picture. But I did take a picture of the remaining three. Excellent portion sizes. My overeasy eggs were prepared beautifully served with a quality slice of gluten-free toast that wasn't tiny. For my side item, I got the oatmeal cup with the almonds, bananas and blueberries. I *will* order again!

ordered the avi scramble with tofu scramble. gave hardly any tofu. not the first time i've ordered and they've been skimpy.

Worker bee portion size was tiny, not near worth the cost. Pancake did not come with butter or syrup. Overall bad value and not recommended
