Our whole family adores Helena's! It's the best Mexican food in the area. Their Enchiladas come on corn tortillas so they are gluten free! I love their mole sauce and side of elote!!!!

I ordered the rice bowl with carne asada and was highly disappointed. I live less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant and it arrived cold and bland. There was very little rice and I could barely find any pieces of carne asada in the bowl. Total rip off. I've ordered from here previously and generally have a good experience. Not sure what happened but I'm hesitant about ordering this item again.

The amount I got, not filled cup of pozole soup in the container for $20 is crazy. I've been to other places that fill up the container.

The wording of the taco order is difficult - even though you make it a "platter" it doesn't go to 3 tacos unless you manually change it (unlike in the restaurant, where a platter automatically has 3 tacos). Also it's more expensive online. Food quality is good, but frustrated that we paid $80 do 5 tacos and rice/beans

The tortillas were hard and broke when I tried to fold them. A few shrimp were undercooked. I had heard good things about Helena's but the take out version of the food was not good.
