The store was out of Loaded Baked Potato, not a problem. We requested that our Dasher ask for a refund and the response was "The incredibly rude staff here said you can ask for a refund yourself through the app…sorry"
Steak Escape also had not even begun working on our order by the time our Dasher arrived. $80+ for 3 subs (that were supposedly full size) were very small, not even close to the size of Subway or Jersey Mike's regular subs. The cheese cups for the Fresh Cut Fries, additional charge, not nearly big enough for even the small fry. The regular sized fry had the exact same amount of fries as the small. Totally not worth it. My Hambrosia had maybe 3 pieces of pineapple, definitely NOT the extra cheese that was ordered, but a ton of useless iceberg. The Delirious Dagwood was practically ALL bacon.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! We will not be ordering again.

I ordered my food nearly 30 minutes prior to arriving. They did not start cooking my order until I arrived at the store for pick up. What I assume was the manager was loudly berating another employee. The poor guy being berated was so embarrassed. Bless his heart. The customer service is so poor which is why I rarely order from here. My sandwich tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill

I've ordered from the Steak Escape in Gluckstedt before and the food was excellent. Not today! The 5 delicious cookies were replaced by 4 small bags of chip. When iwas informed that they were out ifcookird, but had chips, I asked that the cookie money be refunded.
The one large drink with heavy ice and the medium drink with light ice were replaced with a large drink with light ice.
That naked fries were refried fries and were tough enough to be used as chew toys for my mini dachshund who is an aggressive chewer.
The Jr Steak Sub with no bread and extra cheese was a glob of melted cheese with about a tablespoon of steak.
The Grand Escape with onions, bellpepper jalapeno peppers and extra cheese had no bell pepper nor onion, but enough jalapeno peppers to be the main dish as a jalapeno lovers banquet. And not only was there not extra cheese, It was almost non-existent.
Won't be a repeat customer. Just too many issues.

The new guy behind the counter is cooking straight heat and the lady is so sweet. Definitely a good team
