• 7/4/26Food was great and hot as always but when I left I forgot my side order of pancakes. This guy whom I believe was a manager literally chased me down to the end of the parking lot to bring me my forgotten pancakes. He did NOT have to do that. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! 10/10 RECOMMEND! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THAT EMPLOYEE! THAT SMALL GESTURE MADE MY DAY!!

• 5/7/26My food was delivered warm and fresh! Now that New Beginnings is on Door Dash, I can cure my hangovers with their food without having to drive there!! The portions are huge and perfect for sharing. I can share one delicious breakfast with my daughter and we're both super full! The American fries were crispy and perfectly cookes. I'm writing this review at 8 PM and I'm kind of annoyed that they're not open right now! I appreciate this West Michigan staple and I'm happy that some things don't change even when it feels like the whole world has flipped on its head!

• 6/22/26Giant Stacked Ham or Sliced Turkey was literally on a dry hamburger bun , not bread. very disappointed ham just layed in it , unlike any other "stacked" ham I've ever had. gross.

• 8/31/26Wow! This was the best omelet. I never thought I would have liked an Italian omelet but was feeling like taking a chance. I will be getting this again. You need to give this a try. So So delicious!
