Everything was really good, the wings were kinda small though for the price but overall it was delicious!

The small Caesar salad is a rip off. $5.79 and it  isn't even the size of what I would consider a side salad.

Although we have always received excellent quality food over the last five years, this particular pizza arrived seemingly uncooked. Cheese was not melted, crust was not crispy. We had to reheat the pizza to melt the cheese and cook the crust more thoroughly.  

Apparently it was a very busy Sunday, or they were understaffed, maybe both.
We will order again another day and hope for better results.

Mellow Mushroom pizza is always full of flavor and reasonably priced for specialty pizza. Delivered on time and kept hot!

We have ordered this many times but today our large was a medium with a large crust . The salad was fine.
