39 Bison Burger was cooked to perfection, had great flavor, wasn't dry and had a good chew. The Heirloom Beans and Cornbread hit the spot as my mama used to say, fantastic flavor, not overcooked, could tell it was freshly made, corn bread was a heaping serving and paired great with the beans. I don't think I came up for air while eating the Spring Onion Potato Soup! It had an amazing flavor, lots of chunks so great broth to bite ratio.
