Oh my goodness, the basic bowl is PHENOMENAL. I got it with tofu which was perfectly seasoned and cooked (texture can be hit or miss with tofu, but this had crispy outside and soft inside). The flavors in this bowl are unreal and go together so well.

The delivery was great - the food not so much. The photo for the green salad on the site looks NOTHING like the salad that arrived. I also ordered it with avocado - but instead it was piled high with with cucumbers (I mean a LOT of giant pieces of cucumber). Please note, cucumber and avocado are not interchangeable! 1/3 of the greens in the salad were wilted and the sprouts had a slimy texture to them. This is my second time ordering from Basic Kitchen, and the second time my order wasn't right. If you are going to do delivery food that costs as much as this - it needs to be right.This salad wasn't - that's painful given that the total bill for the salad was $30 delivered. Won't order from here again.

Had a basic bowl and the lentil bolognese. Both were flavorful and delicious Pick up time on the order got a bit messed up and they accommodated quickly and kindly even though they were short staffed.

Basic Kitchen is one of the best restaurants in the Charleston areas. The Corn Ribs are always perfectly seasoned and pair well with the sauce that comes with it. Cant rate them high enough!

Not much flavor to the chicken & was mainly spinach - didn't expect that for a ceaser. Could be on me though
