This was my first time trying ramen that didn't come out of a plastic package. I was definitely not disappointed! I swapped the noodles to udon, because of a personal preference, but it is fantastic with both noodles. The pork belly is tender and delicious, the fish cakes were interesting, but I really enjoyed them, and the boiled egg is a hard boil instead of a soft boil, but still great. The chasu ramen - pork belly topping is delivered in 2 containers. One has the noodles, pork belly, egg and fish cakes, and the other is the soup base- filled with bok choy and bean sprouts. Absolutely amazing. It was delivered quickly and was still very hot, even considering it came from all the way across town. Totally recommend.

We eat here in person often and are always very happy with the food and service. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer so door dashing food to our home after chemo treatments has been a life saver. I usually get the Bibimbob in person and was disappointed I couldn't customize the protein through door dashing, so I got the chicken yaki soba stir fried veggies and stir fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were advertised on door dash as a mix of shiitake, Oyster, button and more. The mushrooms are only button mushrooms, I paid $7.95 for button mushrooms, though I'm more upset that I thought I would be getting a lot of good cancer fighting nutrients from a variety of mushrooms, so that felt short. My complaints are more with the offerings and lack of accrue descriptions on door dash, because the food is still amazing and did not disappoint at all.

I don't get to order from here often because of where I live. Any time I am in Lebanon or Gallatin, I order from here. It's so good and fresh. They have the best spring rolls I've ever had and their sushi rolls are literally huge. The fish is always fresh, it never tastes fishy. The eel is my favorite. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Absolutely delicious. I've been craving sushi for a few months and this hit the spot. Both rolls are yummy and the small spicy fried rice is amazing. The salmon and everything in the rolls taste really fresh i'm impressed

As always, my favorite place to get dinner from. Tonight I went down the road of let's try stuff I've never had. I got stuff I have gad too, just in case the new stuff I didn't like, lol.
The Eel/ Unagi and Salmon Roe / Ikura were great, smoked eel is one of my favorite. The Scallop / Hotate was a huge surprise. I love scallops but I've never had a raw one. To my surprise it was so tender and was quite tasty. I didnt particularly like the Mackarel / Saba or the Yellow Tail / Hamachi. I'm not 100% sure but I think the mackerel was the one I couldn't even finish. The Sweet Shrimp / Ama Ebi was ok, it tasted a bit metallic to me, so it might be something I try again. The Surf Clam / Hokigai I have mixed feelings over. It'll be one I'll probably try again at another time.
Everything tasted fresh, even the stuff I didn't really like. They always put extra wasabi on the tray but they put such a perfect amount on it that I almost never use it.
Anyways, like I always say, if you want quality sushi you've gotta try Sapporo. Oh and their restaurant is great too if you ever wanna go there to eat. I've never had a bad experience there. Oh and I only took pictures of everything instead of trying to get a picture of each separate portion.
