The idea alone is amazing, pierogi, kielbasa, and hollandaise with perfectly poached eggs. Chez Vachon consistently delivers with their Polish Benedict. Hits it out of the park! They take the amazing idea and make it unbelievably real.

The Breakfast Melt really hit the spot the other day. So much so I'm going to order it again today. Their 2 Pancakes are also absolutely gigantic and it took me multiple meals to eat them XD

was so happy I found this place 🙂 not too many places serve French Canadian food..
I order a slice of salmon pie which was amazing and slice pork pie. pork pie was decent little different from what I've had. and for dessert I got a slice of pistachio cake which was huge and was like heaven. definitely will order again!

Biggest pancakes in the world... so fluffy... so spongy... enormous crepes too! Can never go wrong with the world-famous poutine and their corned-beef hash. And this is what a Monte Cristo sandwich is supposed to be!! <3 <3 <3 (<- those are hearts)

Ordered the Ruben Sandwich. Very tasteful. Meat was flavorful and soft. Could have used more cheese and thousand island dressing but overall satisfying. Don't expect a huge sandwich as portion was slim. I would recommend ordering two sandwiches if really hungry.
