• 6/14/26Ordered 4 piece dinner-was supposed to be 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 wing, 1 leg. What I received was 4 pieces of "mystery" chicken that turned out to be 4 thighs. No breast, no wing, no leg...just weird looking thighs...and small. Fries and biscuit were wonderful.

• 5/16/23Literally the worst bojangles in North Carolina. Fries are always soft wirh no season. Chicken dry and over cooked. Every single time its a huge disappointment. Just go to or order from any in raleigh and you’ll automatically know the difference. Bojangles doesn’t miss, only this one every single time smh

• 3/17/22This is by far the worst meal I’ve received from Bojangles. What should have been a breast meal became a thigh meal, which I don’t care for. Worst case, the skin of the thigh was very soft and loose, not properly fried—waste of my money.

• 4/18/26if you're expecting your sauces to make it in the bag - don't order from this location. they ALWAYS forget sauces that cost extra BTW.
