The donuts were delicious and very well made, but I have never had a door dash order that the box wasn't sealed or taped :(. If you can tape the receipt on the top, please also tape the box shut. Our dasher was great and got them here still warm but would feel better if they were sealed.

Delicious while warm, which ours were. Little “doughy” when cold. Would def order again for a work party. Shark dozen were the last to go and not all were eaten. And to leave food behind is quite unusual at my job. Would not order that particular group again.

Every donut was exactly as ordered and very neatly packaged so the toppings didn't get on all the other donuts. We greatly appreciated that and our dasher was prompt so they were still warm. My only complaint was the box needs to be taped shut or sealed in some way, ive never seen a door dash order that wasn't.

They didn't have the majority of my order in stock. This was the second time this has happened to me. Luckily my dasher called me from the store and let me know- otherwise I would have gotten a random half dozen

Very skimpy on the toppings, ordered powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar hardly any sugar on any of the donuts. Seems to be a consistent problem on the weekends , during the week there perfect. I will continue to order the same donuts from duck donuts I just wish there was better quality control and consistency
