Ordered a half dozen cupcakes for my birthday and they came in a sturdy cardboard box that was taped shut. It wasn't a hot day out, and I picked these up immediately as my doordasher dropped them off. All of the cupcakes were moderately to severely blemished. One of them looked like it had been dropped frosting side on the bottom of the box and just scraped off and placed back in the holder. The others looked like they had been picked up by the frosting and had finger indents around the sides/smeared the design and frosting on top. Really disappointing, and I don't think this is any fault of my dasher or any kind of heat since the box was taped shut, looked in perfect condition (didn't look dropped or anything) and it was a cool temperature outside all that day. All of the cupcakes were still placed evenly in the little holder, and no frosting smeared on the side or the top of the box, so I genuinely think the issue came with whoever placed them in the box. Only giving two stars since it was still technically edible, but will not be purchasing from this bakery again.

Super moist and very light doesn't feel like your eating that big if a cupcake. My only thing is it's not my favorite buttercream. Little too light for me but it's delicious either way.
