above and beyond expectation, they even separated the raw beef from the soup so you don't end up with it overcooked by the time it gets delivered. I love the detail - tons of Thai basil, plenty sachets of siracha and hoison, considerable amount of meat, tripe, tendon - even though this is a monster of a meal, I do wish I could add on extra meatballs. they are my favorite part!

the pho from here is the best. I didnt like the bun bo hue due to the noodles being different from pho noodles, they were thick udon-like rice noodles that didn't have any "tooth" to em. not for me. the spring roll was missing bbq pork, it's just shrimp when you order these FYI. don't pass up their pho though!! best in town!

This was my first actual meal after having a really bad case of Covid for a week. Everything was delicious and fresh and really made my day. The pho is packaged amazingly where you can make it fresh as soon as you're ready to eat it. The shrimp and peapods were delicious!  A wonderful first taste of this delicious restaurant. Definitely will order again.
