never fail! best authentic mexican restaurant with amazing spice & flavor. My toddler loves the rice everytime. Highly recommend! Portion size of burritos are huge. $4 for side of rice that actually is reasonable. They give a ton, its not a small thing of it. Been going here since 2021! I only wish they would add menudo/pozole to the menu on here, they do it on weekends! The best menudo around.

I'm from NM and we have wonderful Mexican food. I've been looking for a good breakfast burrito while passing through Utah and this HIT THE SPOT! Gigantic portions, perfectly cooked and very filling. Highly recommend the breakfast burritos!

We absolutely love Rosa's and recommend it to everyone. The portions are large and everything is always handmade and absolutely delicious.

Was decent; but way too many potato's in burrito and not enough eggs. Was basically just potato and chorizo. Meh. They could do better. The chili verde was tasty though.

I love the breakfast burrito from rosa's I think they have the best breakfast burrito in the entire state of Utah hands-down. Tortillas are made fresh and everything is delicious here.
