• 5 days agonever fail! best authentic mexican restaurant with amazing spice & flavor. My toddler loves the rice everytime. Highly recommend! Portion size of burritos are huge. $4 for side of rice that actually is reasonable. They give a ton, its not a small thing of it. Been going here since 2021! I only wish they would add menudo/pozole to the menu on here, they do it on weekends! The best menudo around.

• 5/31/26I'm from NM and we have wonderful Mexican food. I've been looking for a good breakfast burrito while passing through Utah and this HIT THE SPOT! Gigantic portions, perfectly cooked and very filling. Highly recommend the breakfast burritos!

• 2 days agoWas decent; but way too many potato's in burrito and not enough eggs. Was basically just potato and chorizo. Meh. They could do better. The chili verde was tasty though.

• 6/11/26I love the breakfast burrito from rosa's I think they have the best breakfast burrito in the entire state of Utah hands-down. Tortillas are made fresh and everything is delicious here.

• 7/10/26The food is really good! Great Chile Verde Burrito. Just be cautious of ordering based off the photos here on door dash. I order this burrito cuz the picture showed a plate with rice and beans but it was only for the burrito.
