I ordered a Burrito Bowl with Dbl chicken to only get 4 pieces of chicken, corn salsa ( 3 corn kernels) tomato salsa(1 tiny piece of tomato), black beans (just the gravy) , white rice ( 1 tbsp), sour cream ( 1 tsp), lettuce (the whole bag), cheese ( 4 strips ). This is ridiculous and the price that I paid for my entire order $38.00 til included. I most definitely will start preparing my own version of Chipotle at home!!!!Large Side of Queso Blanco clumpy even after I warmed it up in the microwave.

I ordered a burrito bowl with extra steak, add guacamole. And I ordered a steak salad, extra steak what I received was the worst application of food slopped together. My salad had only 8 PICES OF LETTUCE!! How is that even a salad?!??! I paid 20.34 for that salad, how did I only get 8 pieces of greenery. I also ordered a steak burrito bowl with extra steak add guacamole, my guacamole I received was BLACK!! They gave me the bottom of the bowl guacamole, they forgot the extra steak which I paid over six dollars for and my bowl had more lettuce than my salad. I am beyond disappointed and very upset. I paid $54 for that that was the worst excuse I have ever seen someone try to present to me as food.

This is salad thats supposed to have everything but you all decided to put 2 things! I paid $6 for extra steak and i got a scoop! Also it tasted like you poured a cup of salt in the dressing! Hire new people who cares about their job! Gross! $40 down the drain. The burrito had rice and beans thats it when it shoul've had meat. You guys suck!

Ordered online to avoid the line, ended up waiting 20 minutes past my order pickup time while copious door-dashers arriving well after me got their orders quickly. Girl working the carryout was clearly NOT feeling any pressure to move with any haste. Queso was grainy, chips were stale. Won't make this mistake again.

Literally the best and biggest Burrito Bowls we have ever received, the porttion sizes of every filling was perfect. That man needs a raise!!
