Honestly their burrito wrappers are great at their job I've been able to get through near my whole burrito that weighs as much as a chihuahua without it ripping away :) that's even after saving it for dinner after ripping into half of it. Monstrous burrito. Good job

First time customers, I ordered a steak bean and rice burrito for my husband. At first he was excited, seeing the size of the burrito. And the flavor of the guacamole was good. Giving him hope. But even if the seasoned chips were bland, he was truely excited for the burrito.
After a few bites in, he began wondering where the steak was. There was rice, more rice and beans, but no steak. He opened up the burrito, thinking maybe the steak was all at the bottom. There was none. He was so dissappointed. And I feel aweful ordering something that was so disappointing. The fillings were bland, no spice. He refuses to eat it. After being so excited by the weight and size, this was such a big let down.

The new chimichurri is amazing. Has a major kick to it and I hope it's permanent.
Spent the extra money for the carne asada, no char, no crust, almost like a Barbacoa just sliced. Not worth the extra cost

My order was thrown together with nothing but a lot of rice sitting there with little beans and chicken not even covering the rice. I paid to much for my Oder to be like this

I NEVER have complaints about chipotle. nor have I ever left a food review.. my Salad had hardly no lettuce.. I ordered double meat, chicken and steak, and it looked like it was barely a single serving of protein. my salad was drenched in the toppings to the point that when I was done eating, it was like a dip at the bottom of the bowl. all around it wasn't good.
