The quality and freshness from OBX Gyro are completely unmatched. The **Döner/Gyro** is an absolute masterpiece—they have completely mastered it. The shaved rotisserie meat is deeply seasoned, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and packed with those perfect, intensely flavorful crispy edges. Every bite is a massive hit of texture: warm, pillowy bread wrapped around perfectly spiced meat, crisp, cool greens, and a brilliantly sharp, tangy house sauce that ties it all together without making anything soggy. The portions are incredibly generous and arrive piping hot.
**Do not skip the Baklava!**
It is a masterclass in pastry. You get shattering, tissue-thin layers of golden, buttery phyllo that give way to a rich, deeply aromatic nutty filling. It’s perfectly kissed with a sweet syrup that keeps it incredibly decadent and moist without being cloying.

The chicken in the gyro was very dry. It tasted like it sat out for most of the day it definitely wasn't fresh.
Portion size was disappointing they could definitely have added more vegetables. The sandwich was lacking everything that makes a good gyro. The pita was good and the sauce was ok. Kinda disappointed would probably not order here again

This place is seriously amazing, every single time I go. The food is consistently so good, I never have a bad bite. I'm already planning my next visit, it's that addictive. You guys really know how to make people happy with your cooking. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic meal!

After a long work day our meal hit the spot. The Hummus and tzatziki dips were refreshing. The pita bread was delicious will order two next time! Can't wait to try the gyro and Baklava Pistashio!

So glad this place opened :) Everything was extremely delicious! It was a little bit confusing ordering online, I didn't realize that you were supposed to check exactly what you want because it says it's an "extra option" so make sure if you want any vegetables/sause that you check each box that you want..or you wont get any on your sandwich/bowl. Even without the vegetables the first time it was VERY good and I will definitely be ordering again!
