We went to pick up our pizza and they told us it would be 5-10 more minutes, so we went back to the car to wait. After 10 minutes, they said it would be 15 more minutes, so we went back to the car to wait. After 15 minutes, they said realistically it will be 30 more minutes. This is already 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. We went home, and called 30 minutes later to see if it was ready to come pickup. They could not find the order. They found it after seeing someone had completed it, even though we hadn't picked it up. The pizza itself is good, but the service and the wait time was really a bad experience.

Excellent pizza! I did need to cut the cust so we could each have a slice but not a big deal.

Undercooked, dough isnt cooked all the way through and cheese isnt fully melted in some spots
