Everything tasted great!! I have been trying to find good Vietnamese on the southside and this is it. The spring rolls were so good

P18. Pho Tofu, Rau Cai
First to be fair, the flavors are good. I've had worse bowls of pho. the broth base was good, the noodles were fresh and all arrived hot, the side order of shrimp was good.
What I am disappointed with is as follows
I ordered tofu pho, only got 5 small cubes. tofu is inexpensive thing so why skimp a customer on that!?
Also, why was the garnish veggies so poor? the cilantro was have brown, the bean sprouts are all rusty and starting to go limp, and most disappointing was the basil was a literal tiny pair of leaves, and to top it all of they all were in a bag the size of my tiny woman fist. WTH!
usually a bowl of pho has an egregious amount of garnish veggies

Vietnamese spring rolls were overcooked and greasy will never order them again from this place
